Organisations, Classes, Sales:

£15 per hour

£175 all day rate

(9:00am – Midnight)

Projector & Screen and Basic PA Hire

Regular Organisations:

£5.00 per session


Non Regular Organisations:

£10.00 per session

Staging Hire

Self erection and dismantle:

Up to 8 square metres: 

£Free


Additional price per block:

£2.00 per metre


Requested erection and dismantle hire*:

£2.00 per square metre


*in addition to any hire charges

  • These are in 1 metre square blocks
  • Maximum of 24 square blocks covers the carpeted area
  • Height adjustable to 400mm or 600mm
  • Comes with Velcro skirts, steps and handrails

Crockery Hire

£20 for full use of crockery, cutlery, jugs, teapots etc. for up to 80 place settings

Use of Red Chairs and Wooden Trestle Tables

These are semi redundant chairs and tables which are kept in our lockable storeroom for the use of Village Organisations within the Village only.

Committee Meetings for Village Organisations:

Additional Information

No equipment, other than the Red Chairs and Wooden Trestle Tables, are to be taken or used outside the Village Hall property.
